Description
Under the direction of the SEO Lead, you will be ideating and implementing SEO strategies across your clients. You’ll be responsible for the day to day running of the accounts including; on-page and off-page optimisation, testing, content/creative development, client reporting, data research and analysis requests.
You will pride yourself on the quality of work you do through the training available within Top4 and your enthusiasm and passion for the industry will be an intrinsic part of how you deliver SEO strategies.
You will relish in building relationships with stakeholders including both internal, client and external parties. Regular face to face, phone and email contact will be required to present findings and manage client accounts.

- Has a thorough knowledge of the fundamentals for SEO performance
- Completes on/off-page and technical optimisation tasks and tactics to a high standard, with minimal feedback required from SEO Lead
- Ensures tasks are completed on time and provides communication of updates to SEO Lead
- Builds a thorough understanding of the billing and invoicing process (compliance, BCC timesheets, MBA and plan updates)
- Confidently uses website analytics (typically Google Analytics) to deliver reports and actionable insights and looks to drive these forwards with clients
- Confidently uses search tools to perform research and recommendations for clients (e.g. Landscape+, Journey+, Screaming Frog, SEM Rush, Answer the public)
- Ensures quality of work is high and positively takes feedback on board from SEO Lead
- Uses existing templates and agreed processes to complete activity
- Assists the SEO lead in compiling, analysing and presenting data and formulating opportunities / insights for clients
- Attends relevant training sessions and completes certifications (e.g. Google Analytics IQ)
- Showcases ability to provide SEO recommendations which supports and positively impacts SEM performance
- Looks to proactively increase knowledge across the Search landscape and shares interesting findings with Search team
- Possesses good Excel skills in formatting, formulas, pivot tables and look-ups
- Possesses good PowerPoint skills in formatting, data input and copywriting
- Checks all outputs with SEO Lead to ensure quality assurance

- Builds a strong relationship with joint clients that runs in tandem with the SEO Lead
- Understands the client’s deliverables, expectations and timelines
- Ensures communication with client is upheld daily or as directed by the SEO Lead
