Depending on the package you choose, your website could take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks depending on your requirements. For the larger website projects, we work on a one week design phase followed by a 3 week build phase. So the entire project should take around 4 weeks depending on your requirements.

Each package comes with a set amount of included pages that we will launch with. After launch, you are able to go into the site and add as many pages as you’d like.

The content for Small Business Websites comes from you, either via content from an existing website or content you submit to us. We will do our best to launch the site with as much content as we can, but you can always go in at any time and edit/add/delete content to the site. Want us to write the content for you? Yes.  All our websites are built from the ground up with SEO as a top priority.  We make sure you have all the necessary fields to add SEO content. This ensures that Google can crawl your website, read your content and index your website.

Top4 Marketing prefers that you use your existing domain. We will need the login information to your provider in order to move your site from your old hosting to our hosting.

• Content: All text content that will be on the site must be provided within 2 weeks.

• Logos/Other Graphics: High quality graphics in either .svg, .jpg, or .png.

• Images: High quality images are a very important element to a beautiful site. If you don’t have any pictures, we can recommend optional stock photos.

• Sitemap: We will provide a sitemap for you to confirm a clear outline of which pages will be included on the site

• Contact Forms: Additional information you need to collect on your forms beyond name, email, and phone.

• Existing Logins: If we are using an existing domain, we need to have your FTP or CPANEL login credentials prior to starting.

Yes. Once the site goes live we run through a complete training session on how to manage and update your website.

You don’t have to give us all your money upfront. To start the work we require a 60% deposit, followed by 20% progress payment half-way through and then the remaining 20% balance payment before going live.
