What you’ll do:

• Reach out to customers who have inquired about our products or services online or through our support team;
• Educate customers about their website and current marketing strategy to help them understand the importance of having an online presence;
• Understand current gaps in customers’ online presence strategy through routine discovery;
• Receive hundreds of qualified leads every month from emails and website inquiries;
• Manage an ongoing pipeline of customers to deliver revenue consistently at or above sales quota level;
• Educate our customers on the benefits of search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing and our very own location-based marketing platform;
• Operate and thrive within a fast-paced sales environment using multiple systems including but not limited to internal CRMs and other systems;
• Partner with the other members of our team and help find creative new ways to drive performance

About you:

• You speak fluent English
• You’ve had a few years (at least 2) of sales experience under your belt where you’ve consistently achieved and/or exceeded goals
• You’re a competitive person with a drive to win and help others win too
• You’re a self-starter with strong business acumen to think on your feet creatively to solve customer’s needs
• You’re flexible, a master at juggling and prioritising multiple deliverables
• You have an eagerness to learn, a high-performance work ethic and a great sense of humor
