Boom Real Estate is a real estate agency based in Rockhampton and Kawana in Central Queensland, Australia, specialising in buying, selling, renting, and managing residential and commercial properties. With a focus on high-quality service, tailored marketing, and strong negotiation, Boom Real Estate leverages data-driven and cinematic property marketing to maximise value for clients. After a five-year hiatus, Boom Real Estate relaunched in early 2026, but their legacy digital infrastructure posed major limitations. The website was built on static HTML files, preventing content updates, page additions, and real-time listing management. Critical conversion elements like CTA buttons and property enquiry forms were broken or misrouted, risking lost leads. Key UX elements such as Open Home schedules, floor plans, and “Under Offer” banners were missing, while the lack of SEO foundation and AI-search optimisation hindered local visibility. Manual listing management created operational friction, further reducing the site’s effectiveness in generating leads.
We rebuilt Boom Real Estate’s website on WordPress with Elementor, converting static HTML into a dynamic, responsive platform and integrating a LockedOn CRM live feed to automate property listings for Buy, Rent, and Sold categories. All CTA buttons, enquiry forms, and appraisal requests were audited and routed correctly to capture every lead, while cinematic property videos and native agent profiles were embedded to enhance user experience. Additional staged features—Open Home timings, “Under Offer” banners, and floor plan viewers—were fully coded and tested for deployment. As a result, the website now functions as a fully operational, lead-generating platform with automated listings, optimised UX, GA4 and Meta Pixel tracking, localised landing pages, and AI-search-ready structure, providing a scalable foundation for digital growth, improved visibility, and increased engagement across Central Queensland.
