However, their website suffered from outdated content, poor visual consistency, and difficult navigation, making it challenging for users to access essential information efficiently. Additionally, the site’s structure and design were not optimized for mobile devices, which further impacted user engagement. With a large volume of visitors seeking updates on infrastructure projects, road conditions, and safety measures, the JRA needed a solution that would streamline the website’s functionality, improve accessibility, and align it more closely with their mission to maintain and enhance Johannesburg’s infrastructure.
