Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to contribute in generating sales for an Australian Social Media and Digital marketing Agency ( East surabaya office). You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Candidates must be comfortable presenting our services over the phone warm and cold leads.SO MUST SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Takes incoming customer calls and processes sales leads and quotes
  • Make outgoing customer calls or cold calls in order to sell company services
  • Answers questions about services and packages offers
  • Upsell and cross sell to customers to help customers get more leads
  • Explains pricing of Internet marketing packages that promote local businesses on social media
  • Accurately and efficiently enters customer information into the company database for email marketing campaigns
  • Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up with those customers by making subsequent sales pitches
  • Assists sales colleagues with arranging meetings and sales calls with customers
  • Helps marketing team to contact customers in response to correspondence or feedback

 

Requirements:

  • Experience of sales preferred
  • Required language(s): English (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
  • Bubbly, confident people with good telephone manner
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion in sales and marketing and social media Facebook-Instagram-Google
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented person
